Very informative and hands on session. We learned to use resin in moulds and jewellery settings. Helen was very kind and supplied refreshments along with some lunch items. The whole group made very individual items.

Helen was fantastic as always great value for money and good company.

Fantastic morning. So lovely to be able to be able to come home with a beautiful piece of jewellery that I made with Helen's amazing guidance when I hadn't done anything like this before this morning! The materials were great, Helen was welcoming and friendly, and I had a great time.

We really enjoyed this class with Helen. We made some resin coasters and then jewellery and learnt different techniques with using resin. It was fun, informative and enjoyable. Great value for money as we were there all day and materials were included.

My daughter and I attended a resin jewellery and coaster making day at Swansea community Workshop. The venue was bright, airy and ideal for creating. Hot drinks, cakes and biscuits were provided.
Our teacher Helen was friendly, knowledgeable and gave plenty of help and support. She provided a vast array of materials with which to decorate our resin works including beautiful pigments, shells, dried flowers and trinkets.
We spent the morning making coasters and the afternoon making jewellery. Helen demonstrated some gorgeous examples and the sessions involved a great balance of self experimentation with guidance on hand when necessary. We used slower drying resin for our coasters and then quick dry UV resin for our jewellery (which was very gratifying as it produced immediate results).
We learnt about the properties of resin and how to mix and add pigments so that the products would set. We also learnt about aesthetic layout such as setting objects against a variety of backgrounds.
Taking into account the lovely resources and expert teaching this course was great value for money.
We were a group of 6 and we enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow crafters in a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
We were very pleased with the pendants and keyrings we produced and look forward to seeing our finished coasters.
We look forward to attending more of Helen’s classes soon.

Helen was a great teacher who demonstrated a range of skills, patience and provided the class with a variety of materials to find inspiration for our creations. Completely worth the money and we’re all so happy with our pendants! Thank you again Helen️

Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Helen was perfect she clearly explained everything and was encouraging and helpful. It was great to learn all about the process and I was delighted with what I produced and seeing everyone else’s creations too.

Absolutely loved Helen’s class yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble and I was delighted with what I made. I you are thinking about doing a class then I would highly recommend this one. Had a lovely time with my daughter, i bought this for her as a gift for Christmas.
Our teacher was lovely and friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. Fantastic woman.
Venue was fine, but facilities were not great.
So much choice of stuff to help you make it, nd to help you have inspirations.
I learnt how to make silver jewellery and have a lovely neckless and earrings for my time. The unrushed feel of the day, while having something to show for it.

The space was good, and central for traveling. Helen provided us with lots of hot drinks and biscuits.
As a total beginner I was very happy with what we made.

My wife, the mother in law and I all attended the resin workshop today in Swansea. We throughly enjoyed and came home with some brilliant makes, including coasters and necklaces. Helen was a great patient teacher who answered all our questions and made it easy to understand. We are already looking at booking more classes

Excellent session, managed to fit so much into the time and so many options to choose to make! Helen was so good at explaining everything step by step, made it all feel logical and was on hand at all times if things went off track. I came away with some lovely things and feeling much more confident about trying more at home.

The venue was a little chilly but we sourced some heaters and soon warmed up. Everything was on one level which is good for those of us on the wobbly side!

The day was well organised and the tutor was very welcoming.
I learnt a new craft and now felt able to ask questions.
I would definitely recommend this class to others.

Helen was warm and friendly, she made us feel relaxed instantly. There were a lot of samples to show us to give ideas. Once we had our pieces planned, she explained the best way to achieve a professional finish. This class was excellent value for money and we all had a lovely afternoon

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! Helen was an incredible teacher and made the whole experience brilliant from start to finish. Helen’s knowledge, passion, creativity and joy really made this workshop shine. I have never done anything like this workshop before and was unsure as to what to expect. I came with an idea and together we turned my idea into a really cool pair of lightening bolt earrings.
I really enjoyed and have already decided what item of jewellery I’m making next.
