Hi, I'm Libby – a florist, teacher, and lifelong creative.
My journey began in music — I trained as a classical violist and performed with orchestras across the UK and abroad. Music taught me discipline, storytelling, and how to express emotion without words — all of which now flow into my work with flowers and crafts.
In 2021, I retrained as a florist at the renowned McQueens Flower School in London. I fell in love with the textures, colours, and endless possibilities of working with fresh, dried, and pressed flowers. Now, I'm passionate about sharing that love through teaching – helping others slow down, reconnect with their senses, and create something beautiful with their hands.
Along the way, I’ve picked up a wide range of arts and crafts skills, which I now teach at Dolphin House, my cosy custom workshop space in Stratford-upon-Avon. It’s a creative haven where people can relax, experiment, and leave feeling inspired and proud of what they’ve made.
Teaching feels like second nature to me – I love watching people surprise themselves with what they can create. Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to try something new, my workshops are welcoming, hands-on, and rooted in the joy of making.
I’ve had the pleasure of teaching students from all walks of life, and I especially enjoy curating experiences for small groups, hen parties, and team bonding events. Everyone leaves with something beautiful, whether it's a handmade flower crown, a dried flower wreath, or a pressed flower artwork.
If you're curious about flowers or crafts and want to try something creative in a calm and friendly environment, I’d love to welcome you to a workshop sometime soon!
