Gourmet Chocolate Tasting Experience

Whether you're treating the team to a bonding exercise with a twist or celebrating a special occasion with some sweet-toothed friends or family, this chocolate tasting experience is sure to ignite your passion for all things sweet!Hosted by a friendly, professional chocolatier in the heart of Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, you'll be guided through how to get the most out of tasting gourmet, single-origin chocolate, ganache, caramel and cacao. After a brief introduction with some fascinating tidbits about the origins of chocolate and how it's made, you'll indulge all your senses as you delve into the nuances of chocolate tasting.Covering everything from the flavour and texture of different varieties to how the growing environment and climate affect the finished product, you'll gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of chocolate than you thought possible, all while sampling each delicious variety for yourself.Finally, you'll be treated to a chocolate fondue feast, with prosecco to wash it down — the perfect end to a fun and fascinating session in chocolate heaven!Please note:

• We have a minimum charge of £150 for each class. If the size of your group doesn't meet this minimum, we'll add a surcharge to your invoice to make up the difference.
• Our best times for requests are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am-2pm.
• Session times may vary depending on the size of the class. You're also welcome to stay awhile after the class concludes to finish your food and drinks.
