Full Day Screen Printing Workshop

Join us at Leeds Print Workshop, a fully equipped printmaking studio based at Patrick Studios. This full-day screen printing class is a fantastic way to develop your skills and let your creativity flourish.

Under the guidance of experienced and knowledgeable printmakers, you will have an opportunity to design and create your own edition of screen prints onto paper.

Throughout this engaging class, you'll learn about preparing screens using photo-sensitive emulsion, creating colour palettes, mixing inks and exploring various techniques for screen printing. Not only will you come away with a newfound understanding of these processes but also your very own unique prints onto paper.

You'll also come away with inspiration and new ideas for your next steps in the world of printmaking.

Please note:
The workshop is wheelchair accessible, with a lift, larger than standard doors and accessible toilet facilities. We recognise that everybody’s accessibility needs may differ, therefore please get in contact to discuss any concerns you may have before booking. There is one dedicated disabled car parking space to the side of the building on Rider Street.

• Your unique paper prints to take home.
• All the materials and equipment for screen printing will be provided.
• Aprons to wear throughout.

• You are advised to bring a portfolio folder along if you have one so you can carry your prints home - these are also available to buy at the workshop.
• Students should wear sensible shoes with a covered toe in the workshop (no sandals, flip flops, ballet shoes or high heels).
• Aprons will be provided.
