Free Will Sound

Founder’s storyThere was a point in my life when I felt completely burnt out — my nervous system felt shaken, my mind was constantly switched on, and I struggled to truly slow down.Sound healing became one of the very few things that helped me feel calm again. I experienced how the vibrations and stillness helped activate my parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s natural rest-and-recovery state — allowing me to move out of constant overwhelm and give my body the space it needed to heal, restore and rebalance. That experience stayed with me. I wanted to understand it more deeply, so I travelled to Ubud, Bali, where I studied sound healing and became fully qualified.Today, I create intimate sound healing experiences centred around calm, relaxation, frequency and the biofield — creating space for your body, mind and emotions to settle, reset and restore. My sessions are designed as an opportunity to invest in your own wellbeing and step away from the demands of everyday life. Rest is not simply about slowing down — it gives you the space to reset, restore and return to your everyday life with greater capacity to focus, create and perform at your best. They can be enjoyed as a deeply personal 1:1 experience, a meaningful date for couples, or something beautiful and different to share at an intimate gathering, bridal shower or special occasion. You don’t need to know anything about sound healing. Simply arrive, get comfortable and give yourself permission to pause.Sometimes, doing nothing is exactly what we need, and that is how Free Will Sound was born.
