Hi, I’m Amez, the baker behind Foodie Amez, a small microbakery and baking school in Calverley, Leeds.

I love experimenting with baking and creating everything from sourdough and focaccia to brownies, buns, tartlets, cupcakes and more.

My classes are small, relaxed and hands-on, with plenty of time to ask questions and learn the techniques behind the recipe. Whether you’re completely new to baking or just want to try something different, my goal is for you to leave with delicious bakes, useful skills and the confidence to recreate them at home.

Most importantly, baking should be fun — so expect a friendly, informal class and probably a lot of food to take home!
