  • 5/5 from Kerry Marns, attended Jan 2025: Philomena was a super teacher and we all had a good wonderful time. We're all looking forward to trying out the coasters at home. Thank you very much!
  • 5/5 from Maya Kusber, attended May 2024: We took this class with our work team in Oxford and we had a great time :) As we arrived there was a big box of paints prepared for each of us (each box contained the actual pouring paints in 10 different colours, a few canvases and a number of different tools to use) as well as a set of four ceramic coasters to decorate. We also got some extra white paint to use during the class. Big thank you to our teacher Sarah-Jane who helped us channel our inner artist and explained everything very clearly - the basic principles of paint pouring and three different techniques. Note that your creations would stay at Hobbycraft for a few days to dry out, so make sure you can come pick them up later. We'll be happy to come back for more classes in the future.
  • 5/5 from Lynne Bennett, attended Oct 2023: A fun hour with a lovely tutor who explained everything and was very encouraging. Bonus to come away with own kit to carry on pouring at home.
  • 5/5 from Sandra Johnson, attended Jul 2023: My friend and I had a great time doing the paint pouring acrylic workshop, it’s great fun.Our instructor was lovely and explained everything very well. As for value for money, definitely, couldn’t believe the kit we got and coasters and a bag. Would certainly recommend and looking forward to trying another workshop soon
  • 5/5 from Melissa Webber, attended Feb 2023: I am SO GLAD I booked onto this workshop, Phil was a wonderful teacher and lovely to chat to while we did the pouring. The set up for the workshop was excellent and the kit to take home is so worth the value, I'm excited to make more art! Phil was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. I'll definitely book on for more workshops as I felt so comfortable letting my creative side out.
  • 5/5 from Katherine Newbery, attended Dec 2022: Phil was so helpful! She made the experience super friendly and fun, and brought her own expertise to the workshop. She really helped us make some wonderful things, and was so patient too! I'd definitely recommend this workshop as an experience to be a bit arty and get messy with paint!
  • 5/5 from Amanda Kyte, attended May 2022: A fun and interesting workshop with Phil giving great instructions and help. Plenty of paint left to use at home.
  • 5/5 from Joan Brennan, attended Nov 2021: The course was great fun, all the materials needed were provided and the course instructor was clear with her instructions and demonstrated the techniques well. We came away with enough materials to try out the method at home. Would recommend it to anyone interested in trying out fluid art for the first time. The hour just flew by and we could have continued for longer!
