- 5/5 from Laura, attended Feb 2026: Decided to do this as a new craft, despite working with felt in other projects. Learnt a lot and saw how felt can be created and manipulated in a variety of ways, that are fairly simple but really effective. Ursula was a great teacher who is supportive and knowledgeable, showing us how to make the bowls in a way that we could easily repeat at home. Having her art around the space really allowed us to see possibilities for what we could do. The materials provided were great quality and the cost of the class was very reasonable. Would recommend this class to anyone looking for something a bit different to do, in a welcoming environment, whether you’re an experienced crafter looking to try something new or just fancy a different day out with friends.

HI I'm Ursula, I'm a felt artist and art teacher! I have been teaching all types of felt making workshops and teaching art for over 23 years. I love making felt, and would love to share the amazing experience of learning this therapeutic craft. Using merino wool fibres and soap and water I can show you how to create a beautiful landscape, or a three dimensional felted flower! I have my own shop and studio space in Warwick especially for lots more craft workshops and also art lessons. I look forward to meeting you at one of my lovely workshops!
