One to One Sewing Class

Learn how to sew or improve your sewing skills in this London class.

1 hour Class size 1 on 1

  £50 (£50 for Adult (18y+); £50 for Teen (12y-17y)) (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Discover the art of sewing in these one-to-one classes in London, tailored to your unique needs whether you're picking up a needle for the first time or you're an intermediate sewist looking to refine your skills.
You'll master fundamental techniques including hand-stitching, machine stitching and fabric cutting, and build the confidence to read and follow sewing patterns so you can create accurate garments from scratch. Projects range from simple makes like tote bags and pillowcases to more involved pieces such as dresses and t-shirts, giving you the skills to bring your own sewing ideas to life. Along the way, you'll also discover how to add personal touches so every piece reflects your style.
With over 15 years of self-taught sewing experience, your teacher brings a wealth of practical, hands-on knowledge to every session, helping you build real skills you'll keep using long after the class.
Please note:
  • As this is a self-taught practice, classes don't currently cover pattern drafting from scratch or complex alterations.
  • Cat alert! Two cats live in the flat, and while steps are taken to keep them out of the craft room during classes, cat hair may still be present. If you have allergies or aren't comfortable around cats, please bear this in mind.
What you'll get
In the first class, you won't need to bring anything. We'll provide all the necessary materials. During and after the class, I'll provide you with a list of recommended materials and tools for future lessons and for practising at home.

I'm Eleonora, I was born in Milan (Italy) and I moved to London (UK) in 2019.
I created Elendipity in 2018 by sharing basic crochet / sewing tips and tricks and simple projects through my YouTube channel.
Now Elendipity provides crochet and sewing classes in person and online.
We sell crochet patterns and we hold crochet/sewing workshops both in-person and online.
We love crafts in general and we try to encourage everyone to grow their passions.
We think that teaching is a beautiful way to help others to find their passion and to create something with that.
