Nothing says Easter more than a hot cross bun served with lashings of butter. Join us for a deliciously hands-on baking experience in London and learn how to make your own soft, fluffy hot cross brioche buns from scratch and breaded French brioche with spices.
This workshop is suitable for all levels as you will be guided by our chef! You will mix, knead, shape, and bake your buns to perfection. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with 4 freshly baked hot cross brioche buns ready to enjoy.
What to expect:
  • Enjoy a welcome drink and a sweet treat on the break!
  • During this workshop, you’ll discover the secrets behind perfectly enriched brioche dough, warm spice blends, and beautifully piped crosses.
  • Get into the Easter spirit in a relaxed, supportive environment.
  • Allergens: dairy, egg, gluten -- our lesson is vegetarian, halal, and alcohol-free. All products may contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard, and soya.
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with freshly baked hot cross buns to take home and enjoy -- sharing optional!
