In this warm and uplifting workshop series, you will rediscover your creative flow and learn how to access the inner artist in you. Whether you consider yourself artistic or not, this 12-week course, based on the best-selling book 'The Artist's Way', will guide you towards unlocking your hidden talents and passions. With weekly sessions full of engaging activities, you will develop positive habits and take a creative approach to life.
If you've ever felt stuck in your current creative path, this workshop will dissolve any obstacles in your way. Working through each chapter of the book, you will review and discuss the material with others in the group, as well as receive visual aids, assignments, and exercises. You'll experience transformative changes in your attitude towards yourself and your creativity.
You'll love the camaraderie, community, and accountability provided by this group. You can look forward to taking home new skills and a newfound confidence in your creativity.

What to bring
To take part you will need an open mind, and a copy of the book. The key exercises in The Artist's Way are daily Morning Pages and a weekly Artist’s Date, and you'll want some additional time for other activities in the week - 5 hours outside of the sessions is a rough ballpark. The more that you are able to put into the process, the more that you will get out of it. That said, I firmly believe that the experience needs to work for you and your life - self-flagellation about ‘getting behind’ isn't helpful, exercises can be adapted and we should use this creativity tool creatively!

Your teacher
I am largely a musician and music-maker but have had many creative pursuits in the worlds of theatre, comedy, TV, photography, food and visual art. The Artist's Way was pivotal in my journey becoming a professional musician and I continue to use the lessons and practices from the book in my daily life. I have facilitated several rounds of Creative Flow Club, finding greater depths as a group each time, and find deep joy in being able to pass on the magic to other people.
