Twenty years ago, I signed up for a cooking course knowing it wasn't where I was meant to be. I'd planned to enrol in social care, but that course was full. That accidental start became the beginning of everything.

Since then, I've worked across restaurants, hotels, contract catering, cafes, cake shops, and so many more kitchens. Along the way, I discovered a deep love for training and teaching — sharing what I've learned and passing on real knowledge.

Now, running Cor Bakes in this capacity feels completely aligned. I can bring a new level of focus and confidence to what I do, and share that with people who want more than just a recipe. People who want to learn, to experience baking, and to laugh while they do it.
