Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is designed to be fun, relaxing, and educational. The best part? You’ll work together with others to create a collaborative masterpiece that celebrates creativity and teamwork.At the end of the session, take home your masterpiece along with the skills and knowledge to create batik art on your own. No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a passion for creativity!What to expect:

• Design consultation 1 month prior to the event
• Digital draft design prior to the event
• Learn about the history of batik, how it is made, and the tools and materials needed for batik canting
• Learn skills for "tulis" batik by using hot wax and a special "tjanting" tool
• Experiment with mixing colours to produce the right tone and shade
• All materials and tools provided
• A beautiful piece of batik art to take home
