What you'll do
Join us for a special evening that brings together the pleasures of delicious wines and the creativity of pottery. We have teamed up with Jonesy Wine for a unique activity where you'll enjoy a guided wine tasting before crafting your own ceramic cheese platter and dishes.Your evening will begin with a warm welcome from Jonesy Wine, featuring a glass of fine Italian vino. You’ll then be treated to delicious charcuterie boards while you learn the story behind a tasting of four different wines.Once the tasting is finished, we will begin the second part of the evening: a hands-on pottery workshop with Daisy Cooper. In this relaxed session, you will learn how to hand-build your own cheese board and condiment dishes from clay. Daisy will guide you through the process, and you’ll get to use coloured slips to decorate your pieces and make them totally unique.Wine will be flowing all evening, with the option to buy extra bottles to enjoy on the night or to take home.This experience is a wonderful fusion of two local businesses, offering the perfect blend of tasting and making. You'll leave with new knowledge of fine wines and will later have a beautiful, bespoke ceramic set to collect – a lasting memento of a truly delightful evening.

Assemble Space is a creative workshop space in North London run by Daisy Cooper (ceramics). Daisy has been making ceramics for over 10 years and prior to that she loved to create and make prints, paintings, craft projects and more, which is why Assemble Space was created. A space to gather with friends or family and be creative.We love teaching crafts, as we love to see people who think they can't create, make the most beautiful pieces from clay or canvas, the joy it brings them to create something from scratch is the joy it brings to us to see it all come to life in each class. Daisy has been teaching from the last 9 years and loves to share her knowledge and crafty tips with all our students. We also have a team of talented artists who come to share their specific skills with you.From small groups to larger corporate teams, nothing is better than bringing a bit of creativity into your daily life.
