My name is Chihiro, and I'm a Japanese artist specializing in alcohol ink art and line drawing. In addition to my creative pursuits, I'm also a mother of three children (and two cats) and a volunteer worker. What started as a hobby has evolved into a passion for me, especially as I discovered the therapeutic benefits of art-making amidst the busyness and stress of everyday life.

Chihiro is a lovely, warm and informative tutor. Her teaching style has just the right balance of fun, direction and just allowing us to try, being there to guide if we had questions. It was fantastic to be able to take our work away, and also to have the basics to carry on at home or share with our family and friends. I used the marbelled paper the next day to create butterflies and dragonflies to be used in other crafts, this was something I hadn't done for years but felt inspired to do. Chihiro gently offered additional courses should we want to take up the offer, but done without pressure and as a 'you might like to know'approach. Chihiro also followed up promptly with email containing information as promised. It was a fantastic session and one which I would recommend.

Chihiro is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are always fun and well organised. She provides everything you need including tea and biscuits!
I think her workshops are excellent value for money and I highly recommend them.

It is such an amazing experience!
I got it from my boyfriend, and I absolutely loved it, super colorful, soothing and satisfying to do.

Chihiro is lovely and gave us a few different techniques to try. The session was very relaxed and meditative! Thank you, we had a great time and are really happy with the outcomes too :)

Chihiro was very helpful, patient and explained everything clearly. She made our session so good we didn't want it to end. We came away with knowledge, some really lovely masterpieces and some ideas to further our new hobbies. The room was very cosy and biscuits, tea or coffee were very welcome. This class is wonderful and something different from the usual classes on offer. Her sample work shows she is extremely talented as an artist in her own right, so it is lovely that she is so willing to pass on her own experience to others. I would highly recommend this class to my friends and family.
