Recent reviews of Christmas Dip Marbling Workshop
- 5/5 from Samantha Ostlund, attended Dec 2024: Chihiro was a wonderful teacher: superb demonstrations, easy-to-follow instructions as well as being a very calm & patient person. I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop; I wanted to try an entirely new-to-me art form & the group size was perfect for this as well as the venue. I'm looking forward to trying a new class with Chihiro soon! I was gifted a voucher & had many emails conversations with Chihiro to organise attending this specific workshop which was easy & straightforward.
- 5/5 from Monica Gossage, attended Dec 2024: Chihiro is a very talented artist and teacher. She provided two hours of pure escapism, showing us how to play with colours in a novel and satisfying way. Each student produced unique work in a glorious rainbow of colours. I look forward to another workshop with Chihiro to explore more new techiniques.
- 5/5 from Anna Shamoon, attended Dec 2023: Good fun and well instructed with lots of time to go at your own pace
- 5/5 from Rachel Darby, attended Dec 2023: Chihiro is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are always fun and well organised. She provides everything you need including tea and biscuits! I think her workshops are excellent value for money and I highly recommend them.
- 5/5 from Judy Sweeney, attended Dec 2023: Chihiro is a great teacher. She is very calm and clear with her instructions. She had done lots of preparation for the class so we just had to sit down, relax and get making. I loved marbling my baubles and it wasn't as messy as I had expected. It's a lovely way to spend an afternoon and good value for money too. I will definitely be doing another course with Chihiro.
Your teacher
My name is Chihiro, and I'm a Japanese artist specializing in alcohol ink art and line drawing. In addition to my creative pursuits, I'm also a mother of three children (and two cats) and a volunteer worker. What started as a hobby has evolved into a passion for me, especially as I discovered the therapeutic benefits of art-making amidst the busyness and stress of everyday life.
