We have worked with some of London's best-loved spaces, including The Pavilion Knightsbridge, and this workshop remains one of our favourites to teach.
When the sun is out, we open the doors of our Bermondsey studio and move the whole class into our private, hidden garden, so you are creating surrounded by fresh air, lush greenery and blooming flowers.
You will learn how to make your own set of elegant, botanical daisy napkin rings, perfect for a summer dinner party or as a gift for someone you love.
The session begins with a calming aromatherapy moment using dōTERRA oils, where you will choose your own custom scent to set the tone for the afternoon. From there, you will explore vibrant metallic leaf to design your own look, then learn the technique of casting with eco-friendly resincrete.
Once your rings are cast, you will polish them with beeswax, a small and satisfying step that leaves them beautifully smooth. We will finish with a few photographs of your finished daisies, taken in our professional lightbox.
You will leave feeling properly recharged, with a set of handmade napkin rings you made yourself, and the memory of a chic London afternoon spent creating in our bright garden conservatory.

Hi, I’m Corina!
My journey into the world of artistic creation officially began in July 2024, following a redundancy from a life-long career in corporate banking. But that moment was my wake-up call and I soon realised I had been running on empty for far too long. I founded The Scent of Burnout as a way to heal myself and, ultimately, to help others find their own creative reset.
I started with the simple, soothing ritual of pouring soy wax candles, but soon discovered the incredible versatility of eco-stones like Jesmonite and mineral-based plasters. I became passionate about these materials because they are sustainable, durable and offer a grounding, tactile experience that is the perfect solution to digital fatigue.
I love teaching because I get to witness the "magic moment" when a guest moves from the stress of their day into a state of flow. There is something incredibly rewarding about working with your hands and seeing someone’s face light up as they unmould their first creation. I have designed my workshops to be a safe, supportive space for decompression and fun.
Most people don’t realise that "stone" can be so sensory! My workshops are unique because I integrate my expertise as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate. We start and end with "aromatic moments" to ground the senses. I also use a specialised revolving stage and photo light box for the finale, ensuring every guest leaves with a professional-quality memory of their achievement.
While my business is a new chapter, I bring a high level of professional excellence to everything I do:
  • Formal Qualifications: I hold a Corporate Wellness Coach Diploma with Distinction and am a Certified Mental Health First Aider.
  • Expertise: I have spent nearly two years perfecting the art of sensory casting and specialised mineral-based designs.
  • The "Burnout" Perspective: my decade in the corporate sector means I truly understand the pressure my guests are under, and I have used my distinction-level training to build a workshop that actually works for stress relief.
