Hi! I am a professional stained glass artist. Initially, I worked in traditional stained glass – commissioned to create new designs and also stained glass restoration work. As I love everything about art and glass, I branched out into glass fusion! This is basically fusing glass together in a special kiln, which can create beautiful pieces of art. Not only do I love creating my own art, but I also love sharing it with others!

Lovely new experience, a few hours spent making a fused glass daffodil (albeit a wonky one). All materials provided.
Informative and fun, Cass was great and very patient. A cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit thrown in too, what’s not to love.
Looking forward to seeing the finished result when I collect in a few days.
Will hopefully return for a longer lesson next time.

The class was informative, I learnt things about glass fusing which will be helpful in the future! The teacher, Cass was very helpful and supportive as I thought about the design I wanted to do and implementing it too. It is a photo of the unfinished product! I look forward to seeing it finished

We had a lovely time! Cass was a very good teacher, and gave us plenty of time to gain confidence before jumping into our projects. She was also very patient with us in helping us pull together our ideas, and we (hope!) have ended up with some very nice pieces indeed! Can't wait to see them once they've been fired in the kiln

A really lovely way to spend a couple of hours. Cass was very patient and hands on and there was lots of inspiration from some of her pieces in the workshop. Can’t wait to see my finished work.

I really enjoyed my session with Cass. I had absolutely no experience of working with glass but she took me through the basics very patiently. I had full creative freedom over what I made and she was ready to give me as much help and input as I needed. I was so happy with my creation by the end and can't wait to see what it looks like when it comes out of the kiln! I would highly recommend this workshop as an option for someone wanting to try something new and unusual.

I bought this for my mums retirement present.

She absolutely loved the class but said it was difficult but she was happy with the out come off her piece. She said the teacher was lovely and very knowledgeable and would like to pursue a further class.

My personal dissapointment but maybe this was due tonthe website booked stayed my mum could pick a bowl, wall hanging or wave. My mum said she didn't get the option of all of these but she was happy with her choice.

In the end she was elated with her good the class was and that she was also interested in the stained glass class too!

Many thanks for giving my mum a little nudge to be adventurous in her retirement.
