I liked the fact that I had a go at designing something. Would like to book again at a later date once I've got my head around it, then I can learn to do more projects.

However, I had a class previously and mentioned that I had booked this Cricuit One to One and wanted to go through Stickers. Based on our discussion she prepared for this session at home in her own time and it was a good job as she had to do a lot of work arounds to be able to show me how to do stickers as she was not given a printer and had a back up of a Cricut Joy whereas I have a Maker 3. No reflection on the lady at all, I found HobbyCraft where not giving her all the tools she needed to provide the service I paid for. The lady answered all my questions, so I was happy. If it had been anyone else holding the class, would they have been able to show me what I had paid fo, wasting her and more importantly my time. I hope HobbyCraft look after this lady as her wealth of knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile will always bring me back as a customer.

I had been struggling with a couple of things since I got my cricut maker and my teacher gave me some really helpful tips. The area where the lessons are held is clean and tidy and practice materials were provided. I would definitely do this again.

That introduction also gave us an idea of the scope of the projects that can be done. After that, we had the opportunity to do a couple of basic projects which we could take home with us. She really knew her 'stuff' and was clearly an enthusiastic user of the product herself which helped. We arrived feeling excited to learn what we could do and we left excited to put into practice what we had learnt. Well done Becky, I'm sure I'll be seeing lots more of you in store when I'm browsing and purchasing items for my projects!

She went through all of the projects I could do. Also the Iron on transfer. We made a card, a bag with christmas logo on and a name to put on a cup.
