Join this epoxy resin class in Strathaven and step into a hands-on, creative experience where you'll learn to turn liquid resin into a unique piece of polished art.At the start of your workshop, you'll learn how to handle all materials correctly, including wearing the provided protective gear and preparing your workspace to ensure a flawless finish. Precision is key to a perfect cure, so your teacher will guide you through measuring and mixing the two-part resin and hardener. You'll master the correct stirring techniques to minimise air bubbles and ensure your project sets perfectly.This is where your creativity takes over as you explore a variety of ways to customise your piece. You'll use FunEpoxy, a low-odour, VOC-free, and food-safe epoxy resin specially formulated for deep pours and coatings. You will get to experiment with:
- Pigments and inks – Learn how to use opaque pigments, transparent tints, or alcohol inks.
- Inclusions – Add colour, glitter, or charms into the resin.
- Pouring techniques – Master different pours to create stunning effects.
