5/5 from Stefanie Murphy, attended Oct 2026: We had a fantastic experience with our teacher Dulce who was so patient in explaining the whole thrown down process. The set up was perfect for this group of 6 and we made some lovely pieces that we are so proud off. This was a gift for my 12 year old son who has now ticked this off his bucket list. Thank you!

5/5 from David Miley, attended Oct 2026: Really enjoyed this taster class, went with three members of my family and we all had a very enjoyable afternoon, the teacher was very good and gave a demonstration of wheel throwing before we started, she also helped us out as we made mistakes, it was harder than I thought it would be but we had a good teacher to guide us. Can definitely recommend this course.

5/5 from Neil Darlington, attended Oct 2026: My wife and i really enjoyed this taster course. Lauren was an excellent teacher, very patient with the class and happy to help. To anyone wanting to have a go i would say "do it" we threw half a dozen pots and they came out very passable for beginners, i promise you, you can do it. It was loads of fun.
5/5 from Beth Robins, attended Oct 2026: I had a lovely time trying something new and would recommend this class for anyone looking to give pottery a go with no previous experience. The 2 hour session had a 15 minute demo, over an hour to try making your own pieces (I managed about 3 things, mostly vaguely plate/bowl shaped) and then about 20 minutes at the end to tidy up. It absolutely flew by! It was really satisfying to end the session with something I wanted to take home with me and there were lots of choice for glazes if you did want to pay for a piece to be fired as a memento. Lauren, our teacher, was friendly and helpful and was willing to let us try things, offering guidance where asked, including some tips for myself as a lefty with longer fingernails.
