What you'll do
In this tasty, beginner friendly class you'll get stuck in to decorating your very own 5-inch bento cake in Lambeth style, plus two cupcakes and macarons to decorate too!Your friendly teacher will demonstrate how to decorate your cake, and will be available to help for the entire class. You'll have access to buttercream icing in different colours, as well as macarons, sprinkles, fondant toppers and ribbons to add onto your box when you're finished!All your tools will be provided; including a cake turntable, palette knives, piping bags and anything else, so all you have to bring is yourself and a love of cake!You'll have bubbly and snacks to fuel you through your class (and save you licking your fingers!) The venue our workshop is hosted in is Studio Dawn which is at 186 Dantzic Street, M4 4HJ - to get to us you can enter Studio Dawn into google maps or below are some tips to find us: We are a 10 minute talk from Manchester Victoria train station, as well as Shudehill & Manchester Victoria Tram Stops. The nearest carpark is Red Bank carpark, which is a 5 minute walk, and is £3.50 all day (although cash only) there are also other carparks, charges appy to all as we do not have any inclusive parking.
Your teacher can also travel within 30 miles of Manchester, to a venue of your choice for a private class.

Having worked as a professional chef my whole life, I found myself falling in love with baking. After trying my hand at making macarons, I knew this was what I wanted to do, so here I am 10 years on with a wealth of patisserie skills. I want to share with other the joy of baking something delicious, without any of the stress!
