Hi, I'm Aneta, an artist and workshop facilitator based in Oxfordshire.
I've been creating art for many years, but my love for drawing and painting started long before I considered teaching. Art has always been a way for me to slow down, observe the world more closely, and connect with both myself and other people. Over time, what began as a personal passion grew into a desire to share that experience with others.
One of the most rewarding things about teaching is watching people surprise themselves. So many people arrive believing they're "not creative" or "can't draw", and I love helping them discover that creativity isn't about perfection. It's about curiosity, enjoyment, and learning to see differently. Seeing someone leave a workshop feeling proud of what they've created is incredibly special.
My workshops are relaxed, welcoming, and designed for complete beginners as well as more experienced artists. I focus on creating a friendly atmosphere where people can experiment, build confidence, and enjoy the process without pressure.
Alongside running art workshops, I've exhibited my own artwork and continue to develop my creative practice. Nature, observation, sketchbooks, and mindful creativity play a big role in my work. Something many people don't realise is that drawing isn't a talent you're born with. It's a skill that anyone can develop through practice, patience, and learning to look carefully.
I've taught a wide range of students and enjoy working with individuals, groups, and community events. Whether someone is picking up a pencil for the first time or returning to art after many years, my goal is always the same: to help people reconnect with their creativity and enjoy making art.
I believe art should be accessible, enjoyable, and something everyone feels welcome to explore.
