I’m Elly and I have been a professional potter for about 25 years and am formally trained in ceramics.
Firstly I gained a degree in ceramics from Bath Spa University College, and then a Masters degree in ceramics from the Royal College of Art. Since then I have taught in a range of institutions from open studies classes to university degree courses. I now have the luxury of teaching small classes from my gorgeous garden studio.
I have always taught alongside my professional practice, enjoying meeting new people and sharing my love of clay while passing on tips and knowledge I have picked up over my varied ceramics career!
I offer lots of different one-off classes which can be booked privately for 2 -8 people, just pick a date and get in touch!
