Looking to make something truly special this festive season? Join us for a creative Christmas workshop with a twist – and craft your very own copper or gold metal wreath that will last for years to come!
Unlike traditional wreaths, these hand-embossed showstoppers won’t fade or wilt – they’re a stunning, sustainable alternative designed to impress year after year.
What you’ll learn:
  • Metal embossing techniques to create 3D decorative forms
  • Wire sculpting to shape and enhance your composition
  • Heat colouring with a blow torch to reveal shimmering tones in copper
  • Sculptural composition and layering for a beautifully finished wreath
  • Plus time to experiment with textures and tools before committing to your final design
This is a rare opportunity to explore a traditionally high-end art form in a welcoming, supportive workshop – at a fraction of the usual cost. Perfect for beginners and creative souls alike, this hands-on session will get you into the Christmas spirit while learning incredible new skills.

If you are looking for exceptional art classes, inspiring creative workshops, or unforgettable artistic experiences in Chester, you have come to the right place.
Founded in 2022 by Dr Helen Jones, The Art Doctor UK has quickly become one of Cheshire’s most trusted and highest-rated independent art education businesses, proudly holding a 5-star Google rating, welcoming hundreds of returning learners, and achieving Gold Status from another course provider in June 2024 in recognition of consistently outstanding learner experiences.
The name The Art Doctor is far more than just a brand. As the founder holds a doctorate in art education, Helen has long been affectionately known as an “Art Doctor.” More importantly, she firmly believes that while art can transform what we create, art can also doctor us… building confidence, supporting wellbeing, reducing stress, bringing people together, and helping people rediscover creativity at every stage of life. That philosophy sits at the heart of everything The Art Doctor UK stands for.
What began as one educator’s vision to make high-quality art education more accessible has rapidly grown into a thriving creative community, delivering premium art workshops, regular courses, private events, school partnerships, corporate experiences, teacher CPD, children’s clubs, holiday camps, and specialist creative experiences across Chester, Cheshire, North Wales, and beyond.
Today, Dr Helen Jones and her husband, Iain Jones, lead the business together, bringing over 25 years of combined professional experience across art education, design, business, and customer experience.
