• 1/5 from Roopa Patel, attended Sep 2025: We booked this in July for my clients for their first date from our business. If our clients enjoyed it, we would be sending more clients to these classes for their first dates. When I booked it the website was showing another date which that date was free for my clients. When I had paid and booked. The date had changed to another date. I immediately messaged the teacher saying we cannot do these dates and was looking for the dates I originally saw and had booked and asked for a refund to use to book again in the future. I hadn’t heard anything back until this week of the class. Saying there was a mix up and the booking is still valid and not refunded. Bert disappointed as that money from our business was wasted and could have been used for another class. It’s not like it was even our error to change the date which is very wrong from the teacher and to also not hear back until the day before the class is totally ridiculous. We won’t be booking any further classes for our clients due to this. So it’s a loss for the teacher to get on going business from us. Such a shame due to simple communication and doing the right thing. I would have understood if it was my error and to not be refunded but the error was from their side and to not be refunded due to their error on the dates is unjustified. Also the fact I emailed straight away about their error to not hear anything back. Completely unacceptable. A very unhappy customer.
• 4/5 from Karen Cockitt, attended Jun 2024: A very chilled out & fun event! No teacher as you were given free reign to create what you wanted. There weren't the cocktail options as advertised on my confirmation email but the punch was ok. It was really therapeutic to just sit & mould whatever was in your brain and it was good to meet new people
• 1/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Jun 2024: Very bad execution, Requested to be earlier to take seats but door only open at 3 which was the starting time. There was no teacher, only an events manager that kept saying the event wasn’t organised by her. Selected drinks don’t match website offer, forced to pay for the Prosecco and Mimosas that clearly states on the website that these were included. There could be more instruments to work the clay, and the music was too loud for an actual social event. Overall, super over priced for what it actually is!
