Hi! I’m Sofiia from Ukraine — a pastry chef and cooking class host based in London.

My journey started during the first lockdown, when the world slowed down… and I discovered my passion for baking. What began as a simple curiosity quickly grew into a full-time business built on creativity, precision, and love for the craft.

Today, I’m a Kenwood Techniques ambassador in the UK and an ICAP-accredited pastry chef, specialising in mousse cakes, macarons, and modern desserts.

But what I truly love is bringing people together through food.

I host hands-on cooking and baking classes, as well as relaxed evening experiences — from Ukrainian cuisine nights to Italian dinners, tiramisu & karaoke evenings, and kids baking classes.

For some experiences, I collaborate with a small team of talented chefs and professionals — including an Italian chef leading our savoury cooking classes, and a vocal coach who brings energy and fun to our karaoke evenings.

This allows us to create a truly rich and memorable experience for every guest.

My approach is simple:

small groups, warm atmosphere, and 100% hands-on practice — so you don’t just watch, you actually create.
