What you'll do
Get creative and have fun with your friends in this cupcake masterclass!Our master baker Anna will teach you all the tips and tricks to produce six beautiful cupcakes that will amaze and astound your friends and family. The group can choose to make either buttercream succulents or buttercream flowers.Don't worry if you and your guests are new to the world of cupcake decoration – this activity is designed for all skill levels. Anna is an award-winning baker and will walk you through each step, offering tips and tricks to help you feel confident and inspired. As you work with buttercream and learn to pipe intricate designs, you'll feel a sense of joy and accomplishment with each cupcake you decorate. During the workshop, you will:
- Gain advice on working with and colouring buttercream
- Learn how to use two-tone buttercream
- Receive hands-on instruction on piping your very own perfect, delicate flower buds
- Learn refined techniques for floral creations (decorate six cupcakes, up to six different styles)
- Gain advice on preparing and filling your piping bags
- Receive tips and tricks from the experts
- There is a £150 administration fee per group for any rescheduling.
- Travel fees will apply for classes outside of Central London and The Square Mile at 40 pence per mile.

Owner, founder and chief flavour designer, Anna Eden, arrived in Sydney from England with her family in 2010. After years of planning and delivering major events for corporate clients, A-List celebrities and members of the Royal Family, Anna began looking for an opportunity to take her creativity, attention to detail and her background in cutting edge culinary techniques in a brand new direction.
