We were a bit last minute sending our designs through, but he was all set up for us. There was no rush to finish up on time, nice relaxed atmosphere. Was very pleased with my mimi rug

And very accommodating at date changes and design changes! The rugs are so cute and I would 100% recommend this class as a fun way to spend half a day! Worth the trip to Leeds from Manchester.

He was very generous with his time when I managed to make mine too dense and when my daughter needed extra time to do the design that she wanted to do. It was a wonderful session that I would recommend to all.

On the day we went there were 4 of us which was great! Its worth bringing an extra jumper as its a cool studio. Tutor was good and gave us a deno and showed us some potential pitfalls. Plenty of colours of wool to choose from. Really pleased with the end product.

He explained how to use the tufting gun clearly, in an easy understandable way. I had a good time, and intend to return to make bigger rugs. Highly suggest for anyone seeking to explore their creativity and do something different.

He also asked if we would be coming by car and gave details to the parking space which was very kind. It ended up only being me and my friend because we booked a weekday class which are generally quieter. After demonstrating how to do use the tufting gun and the different techniques, we could take our time making the rug. We loved how we had that time to tuft and chat, and Alex was would check in on us and help us whenever we needed it. We were very happy with our beginner rugs and would definitely recommend this class.

Before the class, I received text from Mr. Alex who asked to send over the pictures for tufting. on the day we were received by Alex who made us comfortable and was easy going. He taught us how to do the tufting very patiently and slowly so that we could understand as beginners and clarified doubts then and there. The experience was very good we completed our mini rug tufting class successfully and were happy with the outcome. We loved huffletuft and would completely recommend them.

• 4/5 from Emma Williams, attended Jul 2025: arrived on time parking was ok the area no to grate to park as it has rubbish and other thing around the parking zone area. the class it self was good learnt how to tuffed, and the different way to tuffed the rug. we paid the extra to be fined trimmed i would probly if i did ever go again try this our self like the others in the group. this is a hand off the teacher will show you what you do and you just get on with it just down to the way the rug are made. enjoy learning new skills.
