Beginners' Crochet Workshop

Looking for a new self-care activity? Want to practise mindfulness in a creative way? Need to do something with your hands while you watch your favourite show?

In this beginner-friendly crochet workshop, you will be guided through the basics of crochet, from mastering the essential stitches to understanding how to read patterns. By the end of the class, you will have completed your own crochet project to take home and show off to your friends and family.

Don't worry if you've never picked up a crochet hook; everything you need to get started will be taught in this 2-hour workshop.

The class is collaborative, so if you have something particular in mind that you’ve always wanted to learn or you’d like to build on your previous crochet knowledge, Ella is happy to work with you and tailor the workshop to your preferences.

The leader of this workshop has been crocheting for 5 years and owns a small business selling their finished products at various craft markets in the Brighton area. They enjoy passing on their skills through teaching and getting to meet fabulous new people along the way.

• This class will be taught in a public venue. In order to respect the venue hosting the workshop, participants are expected to make purchases at Found Cafe.
