I’m a bamboo weaving artist and traditional culture inheritors based in London, devoted to preserving, innovating, and sharing this traditional intangible cultural heritage with the world.

Bamboo weaving has a history of over 7, 000 years, originating in China. Before industrialisation, bamboo was one of Asia’s most essential natural materials, used for both everyday tools and artistic creation. Although the craft is fading, bamboo weaving remains deeply valuable, especially as we face the challenges of climate change. Bamboo and its craftsmanship offer an eco-friendly, renewable alternative to wood and inspire a sustainable yet graceful way of living.

I hope to share the aesthetics, creativity, and stories of bamboo weaving through simple yet meaningful workshops, inviting people to explore its modern possibilities while experiencing the joy of crafting with this natural material.
