I believe that everyone can benefit from engaging with the creative arts. My own life experiences have shown me how important it is to make creativity accessible to all, and to champion its positive, therapeutic impact on wellbeing.

With over 30 years’ experience in community learning and the creative arts, I’ve worked and volunteered with a wide range of organisations and charities. I’m always expanding my skills, gaining qualifications in mental health and therapeutic practices, exploring new methods and approaches within both the creative fields and community wellbeing.

I truly believe that everyone can create. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space, along with the opportunity to explore and create with a variety of materials plus heaps of encouragement to help you discover your own inspiration, strengths, and creative voice.
