We're a Lancashire-based cake school with over 12 years' experience in the industry. We like to take a modern, relaxed and friendly approach to teaching you how to create the cakes of your dreams!
From cupcakes to doughnut towers, we'll teach you how to master each design to a professional standard, create some delicious cakes and have fun. Each of our courses will introduce you to new techniques and ideas that will transform the way you bake & decorate your cakes.
Our classes, courses and workshops are suitable for all ages and abilities, and cover a wide selection of cakes and topics, such as cupcakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, doughnut towers, decor, pipework and so much more!
