Wylde Kids Nature Crafts Class (Ages 3-6)

Wild crafts, messy hands, and happy hearts!

3 to 6 years     1 hour Class size 4 to 8 guests       £22 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Step into the wild and let your little one’s imagination run free! Welcome to the Wylde Kids Nature Crafts Club, a weekly creative sanctuary designed specifically for curious 3 to 6-year-olds and their grown-ups.
We believe that nature is the ultimate playground and the finest art supply store. Every single week, we host a completely different, nature-inspired workshop that encourages tactile learning, fine motor skill development, and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. From foraging for materials to assembling gorgeous take-home treasures, no two weeks are ever the same!
This is a parent-and-child interactive club. You'll get to create right alongside your little artist, sharing smiles, testing out textures, and making memories—all while we take care of the messy cleanup.
What we make (Weekly Rotating Themes)
Because our workshops change every week depending on the seasons and available materials, here is a sneak peek at some of the magical projects your child will dive into throughout the term:
Magical Nature Wings: Crafting wearable, translucent fairy or butterfly wings layered with real petals and leaves using natural twig frames
Nature Crowns: Weaving and threading vibrant wildflowers and ferns into a regal, earth-friendly crown
Pinecone Bird Feeders: A wonderful sensory activity where we roll pinecones in seeds to create a delicious treat for our feathered garden friends (Please get in touch if you or your child has a nut allergy, so we can adjust our classes to suit your needs)
Sticky Nature Bracelets: Turning a simple walk into a treasure hunt by collecting tiny leaves and berries on a wearable sticky wristband
Nature Weaving Boards: Wrapping looms with yarn to weave together long grasses, ferns, and bright blossoms
Botanical Suncatchers & Frames: Creating transparent nature frames and fully decorated cardboard keepsakes embellished with beautiful botanicals, acorns, and pinecones
Outdoor Mandalas & Collages: Exploring symmetry, shapes, and patterns on a grand scale with table-top mandalas, structured botanical boards, and mixed-media leaf-and-paper collages
Botanical Veggie Stamping: Exploring textures and patterns by using hand-carved potato stamps shaped like various leaves to print beautiful, repetitive patterns using bright, seasonal paints
Important Note for Parents: To keep our environment safe, supportive, and fun, a parent or guardian must stay and actively supervise their child for the entire duration of the workshop. One ticket covers one child and their accompanying adult!
What you'll get
A unique nature masterpiece to take home and proudly display every single week! Depending on the week's theme, this could be your child's custom wearable fairy wings, a vibrant leaf-stamped artwork, a botanical suncatcher, or a pinecone bird feeder.
All premium, natural materials provided, including a beautifully curated selection of fresh seasonal flora, colourful leaves, petals, seeds, and foraged treasures.
A guided sensory and fine-motor experience designed by Wylde Nature to inspire a lifelong love for the great outdoors and process-based art.
Quality, uninterrupted bonding time between you and your little creator - making beautiful memories together while leaving all the messy clean-up to us!

Welcome to Wylde Nature Studio. I am a biophilic designer with over eight years of experience dedicated to bringing the outside in. My journey with botanical design began in Glasgow, where I owned and operated independent plant shops, helping city dwellers weave greenery into their daily lives. Today, my family and I live right by the water in the beautiful coastal town of Helensburgh. This slower, nature-steeped lifestyle directly inspires the studio's true passion: sharing the restorative, hands-on joy of nature-based crafting.
Workshops at Wylde Nature Studio are designed to help you slow down, unplug, and create in harmony with the seasons. Drawing inspiration from the rich woodlands and coastlines around us, our classes offer a space to explore sustainable art and traditional, earth-friendly skills.
Whether you are looking for a mindful solo activity, a unique team-building experience, or a joyful, tactile afternoon for the kids, there is a space at the table for you. Our core workshops include:
Living Art: Build your own self-sustaining ecosystems in our guided terrarium-making masterclasses, drawing on my years of botanical and plant-care expertise.
Sustainable Crafting: Learn the ancient, rhythmic arts of natural dyeing and botanical paper-making using plant-based and recycled materials.
Foraged Creations: Transform mindfully gathered local elements into beautiful seasonal wreaths and wild, sculptural art pieces.
Fermentation Basics: Discover the science, flavor, and art of brewing your own delicious kombucha at home.
Wild Kids: Engaging, messy, and highly creative nature-art classes designed to help little ones explore the outdoors through their imagination and tactile play.
Every class provides a welcoming, beginner-friendly, and highly supportive environment. Materials are sustainably sourced, naturally derived, or responsibly foraged locally. You will leave the studio not just with a beautiful finished piece or a new skill, but with a renewed, tangible connection to the wild world around us.
