Beginner-friendly, if you've never done pottery before -- this is for you!
What to bring
- Will I get messy? Yes! We have aprons but we are using clay and it might get on things -- it washes out but maybe don’t wear your new Issey Miyake suit or your most favourite collectable football shirt.
- Wear flat shoes, hair tied back, no flappy jewellery.

Ball Pit pottery is located right at the front of Altogether Otherwise. We are right in the middle of Manchester City Centre. If you put in M4 4BB you’ll be pretty close. We’re right by Shudehill tram stop, opposite the bus station, and 3 mins from Victoria train station. There is also an RCP car park next door to us.

Here at Ball Pit Pottery, we’re making fun of pottery. Pottery can be hard to master. But do you really need to master it? There are already plenty of cups and bowls. Spend Time. Not for production. Not for perfection. Just for fun. We sell time on the wheel in 50 minute blocks. Use as much clay as you like and make as many things as you want. Leave with nothing but the satisfaction of time well spent.
