In this leatherwork class, you will have the opportunity to create your bespoke leather shoulder bag from start to finish.
You will choose your own colour combination of materials from a selection of Italian vegetable tanned leathers and trimmings. Throughout the workshop, you will learn the intricate techniques of leather crafting, from cutting and stitching to adding finishing touches that truly make your bag one-of-a-kind.
Don't worry if you're new to leatherwork, as our experienced instructor will guide you through each step with patience and encouragement. Working with high-quality materials, you’ll soon find yourself immersed in the creative process, feeling a sense of accomplishment as your bag takes shape under your hands.
The class is small with a maximum of three people, to ensure you receive the best possible guidance throughout the workshop.
Discover the meticulous process of marking patterns on leather pieces and honing your cutting skills to precision. Punch holes and carefully place straps and handles to ensure a seamless assembly. Use hand stitching techniques to bring your bag to life.
For added convenience, your bag will feature an internal small pocket, perfect for keeping essentials within reach. Personalise your creation by adding your initials using a stamping machine, adding a touch of individuality to your bespoke accessory.
By the end of the class, you will not only walk away with a beautiful leather shoulder bag but also with a newfound confidence in your crafting skills. Get ready to embark on this hands-on activity and unleash your creativity in our leather shoulder bag workshop.
