Join us at Wellness & Wilde, our boutique women-only wellness club in the heart of Chelsea, for a lovely evening of wine tasting in collaboration with Mama Vino.
Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply enjoy a good glass of wine, this relaxed and sociable experience is the perfect opportunity to discover new favourites, learn a little more about wine and meet like-minded women.
Guided by Mama Vino, you'll explore a thoughtfully selected collection of wines, discovering their unique flavours, aromas and characteristics while learning more about the stories behind each glass.
With plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts and enjoy conversation, the evening is designed to be welcoming, informal and enjoyable, with no previous wine knowledge necessary.
Come alone or bring a friend. Our gatherings are all about bringing women together, making new friendships and enjoying beautiful experiences in an intimate setting.
About us:
Set in the heart of Chelsea, Wellness & Wilde is a boutique health club for women, offering daily yoga and Pilates classes as well as sound baths, breathwork and creative experiences such as flower arranging and other hands-on workshops.
From flower arranging and natural perfume making to jewellery making, aromatherapy and facial sculpting, our programme brings together a changing selection of creative, beauty and wellness experiences, all designed with connection at their heart.
Whether you're learning a new skill, creating something to take home or simply enjoying a drink and conversation, each experience is designed to bring together like-minded women.
We also offer private workshops for birthdays, baby showers, hen parties, corporate gatherings and special occasions, with the option to blend a workshop with a yoga or Pilates class.
Please note: All Wellness & Wilde workshops are women-only.

Set in the heart of Chelsea, Wellness & Wilde is a boutique health club for women, offering daily yoga and Pilates classes as well as sound baths, breath work and creative experiences such as flower arranging and other hands-on workshops.
We wanted to create somewhere that felt personal, beautiful and welcoming - a space where women could come together, meet new people, build connections and enjoy experiences that make them feel good.
What Makes Wellness & Wilde Different
We deliberately keep our classes and workshops intimate. Our beautiful Chelsea setting, small groups and personal approach mean that the experience feels much more like being welcomed into someone's home than attending a large class or busy studio.
We are also passionate about bringing different aspects of wellbeing together. Alongside movement, we host evenings centred around nutrition, hormones, women's health and seasonal wellbeing, as well as creative workshops and private events.
Our community is made up of women of all ages and stages of life, and we particularly love creating experiences that allow people to meet others in a relaxed and natural way.
Private Events & Workshops
Wellness & Wilde is also a beautiful setting for private events, workshops and group experiences.
We create experiences for special occasions, birthdays, hen parties, corporate events, team gatherings, brand events and private groups - with the option to tailor the experience around the occasion.
Guests can enjoy everything from private Pilates or yoga sessions to creative workshops such as flower arranging and candle making, as well as wellness experiences, talks and beautifully curated gatherings.
We love creating events that feel personal and memorable rather than overly corporate or formal. Whether it's a group of friends celebrating together, a company looking for a different kind of team experience, or a brand wanting to host an intimate event, we can create something bespoke within our Chelsea space.

Wellness & Wilde is independently run, and everything we offer has been carefully chosen to reflect the way we believe wellness should feel: considered, personal and enjoyable.
We work with a wonderful team of experienced practitioners and teachers, from Pilates and yoga instructors to nutritionists, physiotherapists and wellness practitioners, and we are always looking for new ways to bring interesting, beautiful and meaningful experiences to our community.
Whether you're joining us for your first Pilates class, learning to arrange flowers, making your own candle or simply coming along to one of our wellness evenings, our hope is that you leave feeling a little more connected, restored and inspired.
