  • 4/5 from Corrinne Livesey, attended Sep 2026: It was a very enjoyable morning. Good teacher, good fun.
  • 4/5 from Petra Clayton, attended Jan 2026: I hadn’t quite clocked this was an upcycle model so probably wouldn’t have picked this specific class but we did really enjoy it. I thought it was going to be a clay model but loved how we used bits of string and material to make something so impressive. I’m not sure my cow will last as it’s quite fragile but the class was good fun
  • 5/5 from Eleanor Kermes, attended Nov 2025: Incredibly fun and easy to follow class. The teacher was wonderful and patient!
  • 5/5 from Daniel Raybould, attended Nov 2024: Fantastic and relaxed class, great teacher with clear instructions and happy to help with tips or get stuck in. Great selection of recycled materials to make the cows, each with their own unique character by the end
  • 5/5 from Josephine Davey, attended Jul 2024: Rachel was a brilliant instructor for the Highland Cow workshop; she took the time to explain each step in the process and how it worked and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. It was incredibly relaxing and so much fun! This was a lovely workshop and I would recommend it to anyone who likes crafts, cows, or just wants to try something new in a comfortable and encouraging environment. Thank you Rachel!
  • 5/5 from Jane Taylor, attended Jul 2024: Even though the journey down to Thames Ditton was very long, the time spent making the Highland Cow was brilliant. We were welcomed with a warm cuppa and biscuits and a fantastic use for recycling plastic bottles. Mike, the mo cow, as it's been named by my great nephew, looks great in my living room. Thank you for such a great welcome and for teaching me something new. Bring these workshops up to Yorkshire.
  • 5/5 from Amanda Devins, attended Jun 2024: Really enjoyed making a highland cow the class was well run, organised and fun. Highly recommend
  • 5/5 from Rita Powell, attended May 2024: Four attended, had a great time, tutor great with ideas all 4 of ours were different. Will love to do a different course.
  • 5/5 from Jane Morrish, attended Apr 2024: We had a great time creating our cows
  • 5/5 from Veronica Barnard, attended Apr 2024: It was great to do this with 4 friends and to meet the other participants. We did the Highland Cow. All lovely and all very different I felt is was good value for money, with all the materials provided. And coffee and biscuits too! The only suggestion I would offer, as we had been told to, maybe, take our lunch along. Possibly make the session 4 1/2 hours instead if 4 and give the half hour to eat lunch. As it was some of us sat in the car park to eat ours, having left home at 8am and not expecting to get back until 2.30 or later. I'm sure the break could be used to let the art work dry. I'd happily come on another workshop
  • 4/5 from Margaret Bullen, attended Apr 2024: I really enjoyed the powertex cow sculpture class. The teacher was good, lots of materials to use, and a nice atmosphere. I went in a group of 5 and all of us had taken a packed lunch as instructed. There was no break in the class which was unfortunate as it felt a little rushed. As some of our group had travelled some way it was a long time to not have a break.
  • 3/5 from Sharon Wolf, attended Apr 2024: It was too rushed, no time to eat a sandwich and only one cup of tea provided. Dirty toilet area and hand basin. Latex gloves could have been provided and people should have been warned to roll up their sleeves before starting. My top is ruined. Nice friendly teacher.
  • 5/5 from Vicky Fisher, attended Mar 2024: We were pretty sceptical that we would make anything that looked good but we were soooo happy with the cows we made. They now have pride of place in our lounge. The four hours absolutely flew by. A really relaxing experience and we had all the help and support we needed. Would highly recommend.
  • 5/5 from Anna-Maria Johnson, attended Feb 2024: Good fun workshop, making a highland cow. There were 8 of us in the session and the tutor demonstrated the process a step at a time, with us then working on our cows. Such a variety produced but all looked great. The time went quickly and the tutor kept things moving well in the 4 hours. Powertex is a bit messy but aprons were provided and it washed off our hands fine. Good parking behind the Thames Ditton venue.
  • 3/5 from Mel Allard, attended Jan 2024: Hi there, The reason for the 3 stars is simply because after I booked, my confirmation email said that the class was to take place at your Thames Ditton studio. Yesterday I received a reminder email but with the Worcester Park address. I clicked the message option and asked for clarification of which studio. I heard nothing back. This morning whilst on the way (we live an hour away) I rang and spoke to someone in a central office to explain my predicament. The lady asked if we wanted to proceed to Thames Ditton to which I said yes. She said that in the meantime, she would contact the supervisor and ask that I am called as a matter of urgency. I left it 20 minutes (now 9.20) and stood outside the Thames Ditton studio, which was clearly shut and rang again. The supervisor answered this time and laughed, saying we needed to be at Worcester Park Studio. I was not impressed as it was a 20-minute further commute and had just paid £5 for parking. I explained it was my first time booking with yourselves and I didn't find it amusing aswell as now going to be late for our 9.30 class. In fairness, the supervisor did say she would ring ahead and explain and that we would still have the 4 hr class. We arrived at the class at 10 and the other guests were sat there waiting for us. As a pair who are never late for anything, it made us both feel extremely awkward. Today was a gift to my best friend for Christmas and not how I expected it to start not to mention a very good first impression. The teacher herself was extremely friendly and we did come away with two very cute highland cows, but due to a party being booked in immediately afterwards, we couldnt make up the time that was lost through no fault of our own. The teacher wrote down the issues we had experienced and said that Thames Ditton was not open today, so we shouldn't have been given that as an option. I would like this resolved somehow please and appreciate hearing back from you in a timely manner. Regards, Mel
