We'll do a brief rundown of the class, explaining the steps we'll guide you through. You'll get the chance to choose from our range of colourful felts to begin sparking your imagination
Shaping Your Wool
Starting with with fluffy wool felt, you'll learn how to use different barbed felting needles to sculpt your mushroom. You'll get the chance to experiment with colours and shapes to create your own unique design.
Add Details and Personality
Once the base is firm, we'll show you how add smaller bits of wool for textures and details. The process invites playfulness, curiosity, and a sense of flow.
Finishing Touches
When your mushroom is finished you'll create your own woodland inspired display base or turn it into a keyring or bag charm!
Admire Your Creation
By the end, you’ll have your very own handmade felt mushroom.

Hi, we’re Emily and Jess, the creative minds behind Something Good Workshops!Our journey began in 2019 when Emily launched Something Good Workshops (originally known as MADEptford) as a way to spread crafty joy and raise funds for running the London Marathon.
