Turn your hen do into a colourful celebration with this graffiti experience in Birmingham. It’s high-energy, creative, and packed with laughs -- the perfect way to do something totally different together while making art you’ll actually want to keep.
You don’t need any graffiti or art experience at all. This workshop is completely beginner-friendly and led by expert instructors who make everything easy to follow and fun. Whether you’re confident creatives or total first-timers, everyone gets involved and leaves feeling proud of what they’ve made.
What to expect:
  • An introduction to graffiti culture and street art.
  • Create your own graffiti tag name and learning letter design.
  • Decorate a vibrant canvas to take home!
  • Suit up with masks, gloves, and protective gear.
  • Spray-painting real graffiti pieces on outdoor walls.
  • Optional Graff Battle -- split into crews and compete in a spray-paint showdown.
  • A mostly indoor, cosy studio space (spray painting happens outside).
  • A fully weatherproof venue -- rain won’t stop the fun.
You’ll leave buzzing, splattered in colour, and full of memories with canvases, photos, and inside jokes to prove it. It’s loud, fun and and unforgettable -- everything a hen do should be, with a serious splash of street-art magic.

FAQ

Can we bring our own refreshments and food?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring alcohol, soft drinks and your own cakes and food. Dominions, Big Johns and Uber Eats have all delivered to the venue too.
What if I’m pregnant? Is it safe?
Your welcome to still attend but it might be best if you sit out of the spray painting bit of the session to be on the safe side. All the spraying and smelly painting is done outside, and all the pens we use inside are water based and childsafe.
Can you recommend any places to go afterwards for drinks?
There’s loads of great venues around Digbeth, but we go to The Old Crown or The Rainbow which are 2 shakes of a spray can away!

Do you have access for wheelchairs?
Yes, everything’s on floor level and we’ve an accessible toilet too.
What about parking?
We are located at the back of a modestly priced car park, but it’s best to check if Birmingham City are playing at home as its always packed when they are!

Hi, my names David but my nickname is Panda. I’m a graffiti artist from Birmingham and have been since 1986, and started my own business through The Princes Trust in 1998. Since then I’ve been commissioned to urbanise some amazing spaces, from big walls to film sets, and a load of bedrooms in between! Workshop sessions have also been on the list, working with young and not so young people from all walks of life, and giving them the skills and know how to enjoy this exciting artform. Want to have a go? Then hit us up!
