Join this artisan sausage-making workshop in London and learn how to craft delicious, preservative-free sausages from scratch.
Held in our partner venue, Funky Cellar – a cosy wine bar, this activity is a fantastic way to pick up a new culinary skill in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It's perfect for team building, corporate parties, birthdays, or hen dos.
In this hands-on class, you will learn the entire process of how to make your own sausages using a traditional hand-crank machine. Guided by your expert teacher, you'll discover the secrets to creating perfectly seasoned and shaped bangers.
This three-hour workshop covers everything you need to know:
  • A butcher demonstration, with a chance to get involved
  • Mixing your own sausage meat with natural, gluten-free ingredients
  • Pumping the sausage meat into casings
  • Linking your sausages like a professional
  • Tasting some of Perry's other sausage flavours, served as 'posh dogs' or with mash and gravy
Best of all, you'll get to take home 2 kg of your handmade sausages to share and enjoy. You'll leave this experience with a newfound appreciation for this classic food, ready to impress your friends and family with your new butchery skills.
Please note: Classes in Funky Cellar require a minimum of 10 people per booking.

Perry's Butchers is a small scale, family run butchers selling British beef, lamb, pork and chicken. We specialise in butchery and artisan sausage making classes.
Perry started out working as a salesman in Smithfield Meat Market at age 17 before going on to train as a butcher and master sausage maker at The Ginger Pig, HG Walter and The Small Herd.
It was at these prestigious butchers that Perry honed his skills in the art of sausage making, aiming to bring you traditional British flavours as well as some more exciting and unusual recipes.
