Sacred Glow Skincare and Reiki Mini Retreat

During this immersive 60-minute session, we'll blend the rituals of skincare and Reiki, supporting you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.Using Inlight Beauty products, which have been produced using an alchemical method where the plant extracts bask in the energy of the sun and moon for a month to slowly release their goodness, we'll massage their cleansing balm into start our ritual, feeling for tension and checking in with our skin.Next, we'll slow down the breath and open our pores with a Floral Facial steam before cocooning our skin in a comforting face mask of your choice while gently channeling Reiki energy into the upper centres, focusing on the heart, throat, third eye, and crown, as the mask is working its magic. This subtle, intuitive energy work complements the ritual beautifully, enhancing feelings of inner calm, glow, and connection.As we move into the final part of the ritual, you'll be guided on a soothing facial massage before ending with a moment of reflection as you bring attention back to self with a focus on the head and throat centres of truth, clarity, and expression, supporting you to leave feeling balanced, replenished, and realigned, inside and out.We’ll also close with a short guided meditation to gently seal the experience and deepen your return to inner stillness.
