- 4/5 from Julia McCarthy, attended Dec 2025: Christmas catch up with friends. We really enjoyed the relaxed & festive atmosphere in the local gin bar and being able to catch up whilst painting. The instruction was simple but very effective and we loved the playlist! The result was great We would definitely come again.

- 3/5 from Rhianna Howard, attended Jul 2025: Teacher was good but would have benefited from going slower in the second half and providing more instruction on how to mix the paint to get the desired colour (e.g how much of each colour to use). The instructor also stood in front of their painting a lot of the time which made each step hard to follow, but this was possibly due to the layout of the venue. The layout made things very tricky - uncomfortable seating and not enough space made things difficult. I also think it should have been advertised as being outside as this had a big impact; halfway through we stopped being able to see properly as it got darker and made us feel rushed. Having said that, we still had good fun and it was an enjoyable atmosphere. The instructor was very friendly, encouraging and patient with everyone’s questions.

The supplies provided are good quality, and the teacher was friendly and helpful. This was the first time I had used acrylics, and it was good to get some tips about how to achieve different brush strokes and effects using the brushes.
