• 5/5 from Cheryl Hinds, attended Sep 2026: Cosy small class today. Builders Arms Pub is a great venue and staff/regulars so welcoming. Steph our teacher is such a genuinely warm supporting guide. I'm sure more would have booked if advertised locally. Safe friendly space to come with guests or alone as other people are always friendly. Everyone walked away with beautiful masterpiece.
• 5/5 from Florenta Vatavu, attended Sep 2026: The tutor was wonderful. The atmosphere great. The only thing yiu can improve is the space between the participants. I felt the space for my staff was very small so the movements were a bit tensioned. Otherwise I loved it!

Only bad part, people walking through us, in and out to get to the garden, but that's a location issue not class issue. I enjoyed the experience as a non artist, and would go again and recomend to friends.

I mainly do portraits of people drawings and colouring pencil so this session gave me confidence in painting with acrylic on canvas. Had say I really enjoyed it. I need to start doing the portraits in acrylic. Thanks for a fantastic Monday evening!

Other attendees as always were lovely so is a great evening even if you're by yourself. Bought my sister for her first PnSip. She really enjoyed it and definitely returning. God willing. Always amazed at my results.

The local regulars were friendly and interested in what we were doing and the bar and pub staff were excellent. The teacher was fun and knew his stuff. Everyone produced a lovely image. He was entertaining and he was able to deal well with the odd interruptions and was helpful to everyone who needed assistance. The young person who was assisting was also very patient, quick at refilling supplies and friendly.

I found the whole process relaxing, as well as fun. It was a lovely evening. I enjoyed creating my painting, and am happy with the final result. It was easy to obtain my gift card.

My daughter was very kind but I think her painting was so much better. It helped our relationship. Fantastic idea. Would highly recommend to others and we would definitely do it again.

The painting was Seas the Day and David took us through it nice and slowly, and his instructions were easy to follow. David was great. His comments to individuals were helpful. Materials were topped up on request. Very nice evening all in all.
