  • 5/5 from Jayne, attended Aug 2026: Really enjoyed it. David was great, explained everything thoroughly and was really helpful. Definitely recommend
  • 3/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Aug 2026: The room was overly crowded, and we were 20 minutes late starting due to this. The tables were being rearranged to fit everyone in and allow access for the staff to the kitchen. Felt like it was just a case of too many people trying to squeeze in. I have attended a brush party here before and this wasn’t an issue.
  • 5/5 from Hannah Durham, attended Jul 2026: The class was really fun and guided through very well! My friends and I had a great time trying something new!
  • 5/5 from Hayley Moosa, attended Jul 2026: Great fun event to do with friends and family. Fantastic teacher and great venue Will be going again

  • 5/5 from Lesley Barnett, attended May 2026: It was my first experience at a brush party and I loved it! Out tutor (I think her name was Katie- I apologise if that’s wrong) was brilliant at explaining every step and encouraging us to do our best and put our own stamp on the painting. Her assistant was also lovely, they were both constantly wandering around offering more paint and advice when asked. Music in the background gave the whole night an upbeat happy vibe. All in all a lovely evening. I am already looking forward to booking my next one and my painting has taken pride of place on my downstairs loo…
  • 5/5 from Nicola Palmer, attended May 2026: We had a great time! The set up at this location is great, super easy to see from every seat. Katie is amazing, gives really clear instructions and is really approachable.
  • 5/5 from Miss Jennifer Addley, attended May 2026: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves thank you, the teacher was lovely & very patient. It was a relaxed fun evening with great retro music too.
  • 5/5 from Barbara Gregory, attended Apr 2026: I attended with two friends. A really fun, absorbing evening. Katie and her assistant (sorry, forgotten her name) were excellent in their support and guidance. A relaxed atmosphere. We learnt how to use the brushes correctly and how to build up colours. We liked the ambience, achievement, and having our minds taken away from everyday life. Thank you. We hope to organise a session for our WI.
  • 5/5 from Velislava Baylis, attended Apr 2026: Great class, very detailed and you come out of it with your own finished masterpiece to have and to hold. And all that in only three fast paste hours! Great experience!

  • 4/5 from Wendy Stevens, attended Apr 2026: I wanted to give a pet portrait for my daughter. A cat painting, where I substituted the black cat suggested for a siamese. Good energy from lead, felt the other needed to be more attentive, as to fresh water needed, paint, plates etc.
  • 3/5 from Karen Snookes, attended Apr 2026: Smaller class sizes and less complex pics for 3 hour class Or more instructors Venue quite tight for amount of tables at the Oak

  • 4/5 from Jon Wood, attended Dec 2024: We did a class at Aston Clinton for my sisters 62 birthday really good evening with good instruction with pleasing results, I have now completed a couple of these classes and both times the class seems to be at a slow casual pace until the last 10 minutes when it turns into a rush and as complete novices we are usually lagging behind so the staff are cleaning up around us, not a problem but perhaps the pace of the class and length of the breaks should be reconsidered

  • 5/5 from David Pullinger, attended Jul 2024: Good teacher, ideal venue. I came with some disbelief I could create something worthwhile, so I was amazed and delighted with the result.
