Fix, Mix and Grow: A Seasonal Creative Open Workshop and Garden

A relaxed, creative escape and open workshop to fix, make, garden, and spend time with others.

2 hours Class size 1 to 15 guests       £18

Join this creative workshop in London for a refreshing break from the routine where the only rule is to explore your curiosity. Unlike a traditional structured class, this is an open, shared space designed for making, mending, and trying something new alongside a community of like-minded people. You'll have full access to the Correll Club studio, a vibrant environment filled with a professional range of materials and tools usually reserved for brand activations and corporate events.
Whether you've got a project you've been meaning to start or a "mend-it" pile that's been gathering dust for months, you'll find the guidance and space you need here. Depending on the season, sessions may feature a loose, optional theme – from pickling garden crops and building terrariums to whipping up a restock of natural body products. You're welcome to dive into the theme or simply use the tools and expert advice available to focus on your own unique craft. It's a low-pressure way to get hands-on, especially if you lack the space at home to make a mess or don't want the high price tag of buying all your own supplies.
This experience is perfect for those who want to swap screen time for real-life connection, even offering the chance to hang out with a friendly studio dog while you work. You'll fit right in whether you're tending to the garden or mastering a new repair skill. You'll walk away feeling empowered by your new-found abilities, carrying home a sense of accomplishment and a refreshed outlook on what you can create with your own two hands.
Please note: When booking, you'll see various times listed. Please just select the time that you are most likely to arrive.

FAQ

What if the theme changes? Can I reschedule if I had something specific in mind?
Absolutely. This is a flexible, welcoming space first and foremost. Themes may shift slightly depending on materials, what’s happening in the garden, or even the weather — and that’s part of the charm. If you were hoping to work on something specific and the session isn’t quite right, just let us know and we’ll happily move you to another date. The aim here is to give you access to a creative space that works for you — not to hold you to rigid plans or terms.
Are there any additional costs?
The ticket price is designed to keep things accessible and primarily covers platform fees, taxes, insurance, refreshments (including a range of plant-based milks), and access to the space, tools and general materials. If you choose to work on a project where specific materials are needed (for example, upholstery supplies, specialist fabrics, or larger builds), there may be a small additional charge to cover those direct costs. This helps keep the base price low while allowing you to take on projects that suit you individually.
What if I have a bigger project or want to plan ahead?
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email with details on how to get in touch. You’re very welcome to reach out beforehand if you’d like to: Talk through a project idea Check what materials might be needed Or get a bit of guidance before you arrive I’m always happy to help you think things through so you can make the most of your time here.

Can I bring friends?
Yes, of course. This is a social, relaxed environment and you’re very welcome to come with friends. Just make sure each person books a space so we can manage the flow of the session comfortably.
Do I need to bring my own materials or tools?
Not necessarily. There will always be tools, materials and suggested activities available for you to use. If you have something specific you’d like to work on, you’re very welcome to bring it along.
I’ve never done anything like this before — is that okay?
Completely. You don’t need any experience to join. This is a space to try things, learn as you go, and take things at your own pace.
What if I just want to come and relax, not start a big project?
That’s absolutely fine. Some people come with a clear plan, others just want a gentle, creative way to spend time. You’re welcome to do as much or as little as you like.
Is this a facilitated class?
No — and that’s intentional. This is an open workshop environment where everyone works on something slightly different. I’ll be there to guide and support, but there’s no step-by-step format you need to follow.
What’s the space like?
It’s my home workshop — relaxed, lived-in and a little bit imperfect. There are indoor and garden spaces to use, depending on what you’re working on (and the weather), along with tea, coffee and light refreshments.
Are the dogs really that barky?
Yes… briefly. One of them (the dachshund) will absolutely announce your arrival. She takes her role very seriously. After that, she tends to settle — and may try to charm you into becoming her new favourite person.

At Correll Club, we create relaxed, welcoming spaces where you can make things with your hands, try something new, and spend time around others doing the same.
Our workshops are designed to feel calm, accessible and genuinely enjoyable — whether you’re crafting natural body care, learning simple repair skills, experimenting with seasonal materials or just taking a bit of time out to create something for yourself.
You don’t need experience, and you don’t need to be “creative”. We’ll guide you through everything, using thoughtfully chosen materials and simple techniques that you can take away and use again at home.
At the heart of it, Correll Club is about more than the thing you make. It’s about slowing down, learning practical skills, and sharing space with people in a way that feels natural and easy.
Come along, try something different, and leave with something you’ve made — and a little more than you expected.
