Each year, tonnes of clay from London's construction sites end up in landfill. By rescuing this material, we reduce waste while creating opportunities for sustainable practices. Clay holds a unique place in both art and community – it connects us figuratively by bringing people together and literally as a binding material that can incorporate other forms of waste. This dual role inspires everything we do.Our work spans three interconnected areas: reclaiming and preparing clay for reuse, providing spaces for learning and making, and exploring innovative applications for rescued materials through research and design. Together, these efforts form a holistic approach to sustainability, creativity, and community building.
