Using a variety of cut-outs, affirmations and images, you'll create a physical representation of your dream year on canvas to help you stay focused on your personal aspirations.In this welcoming creative space, you'll be guided through a session that blends gentle goal setting and meditation with hands-on crafting. Instead of juggling endless resolutions, you'll refine your intentions to focus on the three or four meaningful areas of your life that deserve your time and energy. Whether you want to avoid the rush of a new year or simply want a fun plan for the future, this class offers a supportive environment to find your focus.You don't need any previous artistic experience to take part. The workshop is designed to be a low-pressure and enjoyable experience where the focus is on your personal clarity rather than creative perfection. Your friendly host will provide everything you need to get started, so you can simply show up and enjoy the process of making.During the session, you'll enjoy:

• Guided meditation and reflection – Ground yourself and find a moment of mindfulness before you begin.
• Intentional goal setting – Identify the core areas you want to nurture in the coming year.

You'll finish the session with a completed vision board to display at home, serving as an inspiring reminder of your intentions for 2026. As the workshop includes meditations, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter until the meditation has finished.
