With a multi-disciplinary practice rooted in scenic arts, restoration and gilding, Valeria has spent years mastering traditional faux effects, classical theatre painting, and heritage gilding techniques.At home in her studio, she breathes new life into raw materials and forgotten objects, transforming natural botanicals, wood, and vintage ornaments into radiant, gold-leafed works of art. Driven by a deep reverence for slow craft, historical looks, and the tactile magic of handmade pieces, Valeria’s work celebrates the timeless elegance of classic craftsmanship. Through her hands-on workshops, she shares these ancient gilding and decorative techniques, inspiring participants to slow down, reconnect with traditional skills, and create heirloom treasures of their own.
