If you’ve always wanted to make a set of 3 stacking rings, this is the perfect workshop for you. This session has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and step-by-step guidance. It’s perfect for beginners or even those with a little bit of experience. It is a great opportunity to come and meet new people or get together with a group of friends or family.

  • Create rings that can be stacked or worn separately
  • Learn to use a range of workshop equipment
  • Practice on a copper ring before moving to silver
This 2.5 – 3-hour workshop will give you all of the necessary knowledge to help you make 3 sterling silver rings. These can be stacked together or worn independently. You will be walked through every step during the session. You will start by learning how to mark and cut your ring to the correct size.
After that, using a range of workshop equipment, you will learn how to shape and solder your rings. Finally, you will be shown methods of applying texture before polishing. The session includes a copper ring that you will make to practise on.
By the end, you'll have not only gained new skills but also have three stunning rings to take home.

For those that don't know me i'm Tracy. The name bennyandmoo came from a combination of me and Meg my daughter. My childhood nickname was benny (think round faced little cat from topcat????) and Moo is what we have called Meg for as long as I can remember.
I absolutely love making Jewellery. And recently I've realised I love teaching it more! Myself and Meg are trained silversmiths. I am also a qualified florist and Meg is an amazing artist.
